The Gourmet Walks in Ambazac

We are going to present to you the richness of this terroir and the diversity of this network of producers at Joseph Travia, the chef of the Hotel Restaurant des Voyageurs in Ambazac where we will receive some of these ambassadors of local gastronomy.

Why here at the Hôtel Restaurant des Voyageurs? Because at the Travia brothers, it’s a bit of a local gourmet institution. A beautiful table as they say. But also because Joseph Travia, the chef, works with most of them.
