This shop located at Tours, Place du Grand Marché, full of sweet and savory little wonders. Behind the counter, we find Dominique postel. Daughter of a pastry chef and former food journalist, she therefore has all the talent necessary to concoct beautiful selections of products on her shelves.
Local products are well represented there, with classics such as taped pears where the rillettes from Tours, but also local artisanal products that are worth the detour like the Burgundy foie gras, the garum of Loire or Touraine saffron… and even chocolate, thanks to Neo Gourmet but also other artisans from here and elsewhere, in a high-end selection.
Chocolate could also take up more and more space in the store in the coming months, because Dominique has discovered a passion for this dish.
