Whether in France, Belgium, Luxembourg or Germany, New Year’s resolutions are everywhere.
Nobody has the same … and we are sometimes not very far from the big cliché that stains!
In France
They have been virtually the same for over 20 years.
In an Ipsos survey, we learn that:
3 – 23% of French people want to enjoy more moments of relaxation and take it easy.
2 – 26% want to spend more time with family or with a partner.
1 – 33% want to do more sport.
In Germany
1 – 64% of Germans want to spend more time with friends or family (not exactly the same as the French who don’t talk to friends).
2 – 60% of Germans want to behave more respectfully with nature.
3 – Play sport… classic.
4 – Eat healthier.
5 – Spend less time on the smartphone.
In Belgium
The most suitable resolution taken is losing weight tied with drink less !
2 – Spend time with family.
3 – Eat better… it’s a bit like in France.
And in Luxembourg
1 – Lose weight.
2 – Play sports.
The third good resolution does not exist anywhere else.
3 – Luxembourgers want to spend less and put more money in the bank.
Oddly, in France and Belgium, this resolution is totally absent from the polls.
