A global computer outage has been paralyzing corporate IT systems since the morning of Friday, July 19. The issue is related to a CrowdStrike cybersecurity solution, which was “identified” and is “under correction”according to the company’s director. “The good news is that we know it’s not a cyberattack.”comments Guy-Philippe Goldstein, researcher and consultant in cybersecurity and cyberdefense, on the set of 19/20 info. “It’s going to take a while to fix.”he warns, however.
