The gendarmes put an end to a free-party in Peyrelevade (Corrèze)

The gendarmerie intervened in Peyrelevade, in a town in Corrèze, to put an end to a free-party, this Saturday July 16. After spending the night listening to music while having consumed narcotics and alcohol, a group of a hundred young people received a visit from the gendarmes. At 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, the police arrived on site to put an end to the festivities. In total, the operation mobilized around sixty gendarmes, including the Air Detachment of the Gendarmerie of Égletons and seven gendarmes from Creuse, who came as reinforcements.

At the end of the day, several dozen young people still alcoholic were still there. The gendarmes forbid them to take the road while intoxicated. Gathered on a private field, without the permission of the owner, the latter filed a complaint. The investigation is ongoing.
