The establishment, bought in March 2004 by Frédéric Arlettaz from Orleans, completely renovated in 2012, can accommodate 120 people, including 40 on the terrace, has two dining rooms and a meeting room. A graduate of the Albert-Bayet hotel school in Tour and consultant sommelier, he notably worked for four years at Fouquet’s Bastille, at the Méridien Étoile and at the Salons de l’Arc, which became the Étoile. Sommelier director at the Orée des Chênes in La Ferté then at the Jacques Cœur in Bourges, where he met the cook Christophe Auterioux who would follow him to Chécy.
