Hundreds of people evacuated. On the forecourt of the Gare du Nord in Paris, many travelers are waiting, following a bomb threat that occurred in the middle of the afternoon, Wednesday, October 27. This is a suspicious package found at the foot of an SNCF terminal and the demining service is on site, according to information from France Télévisions.

With this evacuation, traffic is disrupted on several RER and metro lines. “Traffic is interrupted between Paris Gare de Lyon and Paris Nord, in both directions of traffic”, specifies the RER D Twitter account. On the RER B, traffic is disrupted between La Plaine Stade de France and Châtelet. On metro lines 4 and 5, Gare du Nord station is not served.
