The Gardères chocolate factory in Idron awarded at the Paris chocolate fair

Our guest Paul Gardères is all smiles in our studio, he has just been honored for one of his creations pushed by the very closed Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat. Our chocolatier therefore presented 4 different chocolates and it is Cyanide, the house specialty which received the AWARD of balance, everything is in the title of this award. A chocolate which is a pure creation of a ganache / lime. Delicious !

Receiving an award at the Paris Chocolate Fair will take our chocolatier one step further towards success.

The range of the Gardères chocolate factory is very wide, orangettes, lemonettes, rocks, marshmallow bears, chocolate bars and of course fine chocolates. For this end of the year on the program of Christmas figurines to discover and always pastries that change every week. Paul Gardères invited his neighbor opposite Stephane from Casa Delicia, a specialist in Spanish gastronomy, to a tapas bar and grocery store for his show.
