If Yoan Guillaume is the king of the frangipane, his partner Sébastien Chaise is the king of the brioche cake!

The first is therefore the pastry chef and the second the baker, the two form the shocking duo of the Artisans Réunis de Rivière-Saas-et-Gourby. Two young artisans who have known each other since nursery school and who have never left each other since to the point of joining forces two years ago now in the bakery in the village of Sébastien. A great bond that lasts, exciting jobs, overflowing creativity and ultimately excellent products acclaimed by customers.
