Imagine on 300 m2 only seasonal products in local short circuit, 80 producers handpicked by Tiffany Bouard welcome to the Market of Galatea! From creamery to charcuterie, from meat to vegetables and fruits, everything is there. There is even a delicatessen section and a wine cellar with only independent winegrowers.
At the Galatea market you discover a product at each visit, it’s like a good movie but in real life.
On the spot 2 butchers who take care of the cutting of the meat but also of the sausage made on the spot. A section of country cheeses by the slice, local farm products such as butter, yogurts and even special whipped cream. Today our guest Tiffany Bouard tells us about the origin of the vegetables grown and labeled. Today you can still find the latest tomatoes at 2.99 euros per kilo, zucchini at less than 2 euros, in other words, you can find your way around. The vegetables are labeled HVE (high environmental value) they are produced in Assat by Alexandre de Souza that Tiffany wanted to highlight today.
The Galatea Market is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Note the return of gourmet entertainment
