As retirement approaches, the owners have decided to sell the business, via the real estate agency Art’Im. The offer, estimated at 1.4 million euros, is aimed at restaurateurs “in the same tradition as Galand”, explains the agency. “It won’t be fast food.”

The price of this historic brand is set at 1,300,800 euros, agency fees included.
Three potential buyers have shown interest, since the sale on October 1, but no offer has yet been made. The buyer would, a priori, be a restaurateur. “It is unlikely that a wine merchant or optician will take up an offer at this price “, explains the Art’Im agency.
