Joëlle Toureix is a free-range lamb producer at the Gaec de l’Echarme in Gelles.
The animal, raised on site, is fed with mother’s milk and then with local grass harvested on the farm.
The meat is offered vacuum-packed at the price of €16 per kilo, sold directly at the farm or in local butchers.
