In the disabled category, it was the Frenchman Julien Casoli who won in 1 hour 38 minutes and 36 seconds. This is the 5th victory in the Paris event for the 39-year-old sportsman, double Paralympic medalist.

36,000 people were expected this Sunday at the start, for 45,000 registered. This 45th edition of the Paris Marathon marks the return of the participants even if we are still far from the 50,000 starters of 2019, before the Covid-19 pandemic.
