The UN now reports a death toll of more than 11,000 after the floods in Libya. The French field hospital took shape. Update with Ben Barnier, Sunday September 17.
“The hospital of French countryside in eastern Libya is now open to the public. The first flood survivors are beginning to arrive. Among them, Mouftar injured both shoulders and his foot, but also his lungs. Capacity of 100 patients
