He spent 20 years behind the stoves of the most beautiful Parisian palaces. He also works in bistronomic cuisine as well as Street Food. He now wants to pass on his know-how and experience, which is why he joined the team of chefs at Tours à table.

One of Mickaël’s favorite subjects is 0 waste, his recipes are full of tips and techniques to enhance products, leftovers and even waste, all with real greed.

Chrystelle Guy and Myriam Issouf Ali will be with Mickaël Teluk. Together they will first go to the market, then Mickaël will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him, to meet the challenge of the day :
