A great challenge for the Loire chef Marc Lecroizey!
France Bleu sets up on this occasion a mobile installation organized around a kitchen trailer and a radio space. Carole Chevrier and Charles Napoli will host their show live from Place Albert Thomas. With the chef Marc Lecroisey they will first do their shopping, then the chef will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him to take up the challenge of the day:
With 30 euros, he will have to:
- prepare a meal for 6/8 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
- while incorporating two dairy products
Once the challenge has been met and the meal prepared, people present at the BIO market on Place Albert Thomas will be able to taste the dishes made by the chef.
