France Bleu in partnership with Ardoiz created the event and organized its market tour, from September 24 to October 23, 2022 to highlight short circuits and local know-how. At each stage, meet our teams at the heart of the market, with a studio and a kitchen for 2 hours of live broadcast!
This tuesday september 27, France Bleu Occitanie and Alban Forlot meet at the Muret square Maïmat market from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Come and taste the menu cooked live by Mam’s cook! In the spotlight: local products and local producers. With a challenge launched at Mam’s cook: prepare a menu for 6 people for 30 euros, cook live and only with ingredients purchased on site.
On the menu local and seasonal products and a lot of good humor. Come and attend “Côté Saveurs”, the live show and taste the chef’s cuisine!
