On Wednesday March 9, 2022, Véronique Brettes awaits you from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. live from the Montauban de Bretagne market on “Les Terrasses du Cœur de ville” to give the floor to producers, processors, cheese makers, artisans in the food trades.

A chef, a challenge and 30 euros in your pocket…
On the occasion of this special program and this stopover on the France Bleu market tour, it is the chef of the restaurant O Blazenn, Cédric Vadès, who will be our guest.
His mission: We cook a menu for several people with the products he will have bought on the market, including two dairy products.
The menu should include a starter, a main course and a dessert. The three dishes will be concocted with a budget of 30 euros.
