France Bleu in partnership with Ardoiz created the event and organized its market tour, from September 24 to October 23, 2022 to highlight short circuits and local know-how. At each stage, meet our teams at the heart of the market, with a studio and a kitchen for 2h30 of live broadcast.
Find the teams and the stand of France Bleu Provence, on October 18 in “Côté Saveurs Méditerranéennes” the show, which will be live from the Aix en Provence market, from 9:30 am to 11 am.

Nadège learned her skills notably at the Villa Belle Rose in St Tropez and at Bernard Loiseau. She opened the kitchens of Fonscolombe at Puy Ste Réparade in 2017 and the kitchens of the villa St Ange in Aix in 2019. She is preparing to open a new restaurant in the spring of 2023, “La Verrière” with Olivier Charmadiras, A bistronomic restaurant in base of exclusively local and seasonal products which will be located at 16 avenue du cours in Puy Ste Réparade, near the Tourist Office.
