Léo Simard will be with Guillaume Labitté, chef of the restaurant Le Petit Gone in Orléans. Together they will first go to the market, then Guillaume will invest in the kitchen truck specially made available to him, to meet the challenge of the day :
With 30 euros, he will have to:
- prepare a meal for 8 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
- by including two dairy products
