As part of the event tour organized by France Bleu in partnership with France Terre de Lait, France Bleu Pays d’Auvergne invites you to meet on Monday March 7, 2022 at the Maringues market. From 9:30 a.m. to noon, come and cook live with Roland Vigier, chef of the “Le Clos Fleuri” restaurant in Maringues.

Yann Méraki will be with Roland Vigier, chef of the restaurant “Le Clos Fleuri” in Maringues. Together they will first go to the market, then Roland will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him, to meet the challenge of the day :
With 30 euros, he will have to:
- prepare a meal for 4 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
- by including two dairy products
After this preparation, people present in the market will be able to taste what Roland has prepared and savor the quality of the dishes.
