France Bleu in partnership with France Terre de Lait creates the event and organizes its tour of the markets, from February 26 to March 26.

This tour highlights short circuits, local know-how and all the richness of our territories.

Go this Saturday to discover the local products of our region, its producers and cook live with a chef who offers you to make a starter, a main course, a dessert for 6/8 people live with 30 euros!

We’re cooking together from Place Albert Thomas this Saturday!

France Bleu sets up on this occasion a mobile installation organized around a kitchen trailer and a radio space. Carole Chevrier will host her show live from Place Albert Thomas. She will be accompanied by a great chef from the Loire region. Together they will first do their shopping, then the chef will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him to take up the challenge of the day:
With 30 euros, he will have to:

  • prepare a meal for 6/8 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
  • while incorporating two dairy products

The organic market at Place Albert Thomas

It is at the foot of the Museum of Arts and Industry that we find the market of Place Albert Thomas. It hosts around sixty stalls every Saturday. It is one of the oldest in the city.

Much more than a market, it has now become a veritable institution and it manages to attract many residents of the Loire every Saturday morning who come to stock up on food products. All the products offered are seasonal and mostly grown or raised nearby.
