The France Bleu market tour has the primary ambition of highlighting short circuits and local know-how. After Ernée last March, the city of Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne will host this operation on Thursday 20 October. The show will be performed live from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., forecourt of the village hall.
This is Bruno Emery, the chef of the restaurant l’Aquarelle in Saint-Fort, who will have to take up the following challenge: prepare a starter-main course-dessert meal for 6 people with a budget of 30 euros, and the products he will have bought on the market the same morning.
“This operation to promote short circuits and local know-how will make it possible to animate our weekly Thursday market, the public being able to follow the preparation of lunch and even taste what the chef has concocted” explains Marie-Line Dasse, assistant in charge of trade and crafts.
