Live from the fully equipped kitchen truck, François-Xavier Sailly made a meal (starter-main course-dessert) for 6 people with a budget of 30 eurowith the products bought on the market the same morning.

- Millefeuille of tomatoes – Tartare de vives – Tomato water, oil, sage
- Wrapped chicken leg with braised oak leaves – Herbs from the Bay of Somme
