(Saint Paul) Joel Farabee scored his second goal of the game, in overtime, to give the Philadelphia Flyers a 4-3 victory against the Minnesota Wild on Friday night.
Tyson Forester and Owen Tippett also found the back of the net in the victory. Carter Hart blocked 26 shots.
Marcus Johansson, Ryan Hartman and Matt Boldy scored for the Wild, who are 1-7 since star forward Kirill Kaprizov was injured on Dec. 30.
Marc-André Fleury stopped 31 shots, remaining tied with Patrick Roy for second place for victories in NHL goalie history.
The Wild scored two quick goals early in the third period to take a 3-1 lead. Hartman fired a one-timer for his 13e net of the season and Boldy scored his 15e in the countryside.
The Flyers then scored two goals in a minute and a half to tie the game 3-3.
Johansson opened the scoring in the first minute of play in the second period. He beat Hart with a wrist shot for his sixth goal of the season.
Farabee tied the game at 3:37 of the middle period, redirecting Travis Konecny’s pass.
