For the past few days, it has been mainly residents of Enerhodar, where the nuclear power plant is located, who have been found here. For them, it is impossible to stay a minute longer near the plant, targeted by incessant bombardments.

“The fighting was more and more intense. It had even become much too dangerous, we wanted to save our children”, says a woman, Sunday, September 4. For his part, Roman moved into a popular neighborhood, which serves as a refuge, a few months ago with his wife and children. Worker, he worked in the power station of Zaporizhia. “Armed men came to get me at the central. They interrogated me for two and a half hours, went to my house, they searched everywhere in my car and even in my garage”, he confides. Today, while the threat still hangs over the plant, Roman has only one hope left: the departure of the Russians from Enerhodar to finally return home.
