The First Peas and First Beans with Julien Allano

This morning, we had an appointment with our Toqué Le Chef Julien Allano, chef of the restaurant “Le Clair de la Plûme” in Grignan.

Julien has just harvested his first peas and broad beans in his vegetable garden.

He came to tell us about it and above all to tell us how he cooks it.

Re-listen to the show HERE and find 2 great recipes: the recipe for “Small Peas, in Camaïeu de Printemps” and the recipe for the “Cocotte de Fèves à la Sarriette”.
