The very first short film by actor Maxime Le Flaguais will be presented at the 40and edition of Rendez-vous Québec Cinéma. Ouroborosthat’s its title, is among the official competition of the festival in the category of best short fiction film.

The work created by Le Flaguais “plunges the viewer into the near future, in which a lonely man develops a twisted plan to satisfy his deep desire to have a child”, summarizes the press release. The film is presented by Chasseurs Films, a film production company based in Sherbrooke.

The premiere of the film will be held on Friday, April 22 at 5:15 p.m., at the Fernand-Séguin room of the Cinémathèque québécoise during the great annual celebration of local cinema.
The Festival des Rendez-vous Québec Cinéma takes place from April 20 to 30.
