The latter played four years with the University of Arkansas in the NCAA, notably participating in March Madness in 2016. He then played three years in the National Basketball League of Canada, before joining the Rattlers of the Saskatchewan last year in the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL).

“We are extremely pleased to announce that Kemy is our first official signing in the history of the organization,” General Manager Joel Anthony said in a statement.

“Having a player from our city being as committed to his craft as he is to his community makes this acquisition special for us. Kemy’s leadership and experience in our league will play an important role for the team, as will his ability to contribute on both sides of the ball.”

Last season, Osse averaged 11.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.
