Maintain positive momentum until the quarter. The Fijians are confident before playing their third group match of the Rugby World Cup, against Georgia, Saturday September 30 at 5:45 p.m. at Matmut Atlantique in Bordeaux. After their surprising and convincing performance against the Australians (22-15), the partners of Semi Radrada have the opportunity to confirm their second place in group C.
Serious and precise, Flying Fijians start favorites against the Georgians, left with a draw against Portugal (18-18) and a defeat against the Wallabies (15-35). Well on their way to the quarter-finals, the Pacific players will however have to cope without their versatile pillar Jone Koroiduadua, injured and out of the rest of the competition. He will be replaced by Emosi Tuqiri. The young 22-year-old pillar, present during the preparation matches against the Blues and England, will make his first appearance at the World Cup.
