The day after an evening which would have been marked by gestures and cries with racist connotations, the authorities reacted. Traveling to Nancy, Wednesday October 11, at the Marcel-Picot stadium (in National), the Red Star players were allegedly targeted by mimes and monkey cries from opposing supporters, according to their coach Habib Beye.

In response, the disciplinary committee of the French Football Federation (FFF) will open a procedure following the “alleged racist incidents”, announced the body on Thursday October 12 in a press release.
