An expected date at the Hauts-de-Seine Assize Court. Monique Olivier, the ex-wife of serial killer Michel Fourniret, is questioned Tuesday, December 5 in the morning. Already sentenced to life imprisonment in 2008, she was tried for complicity in the disappearances of Estelle Mouzin, Marie-Angèle Domèce and Joanna Parrish. Follow our live stream.
Sabine Kheris heard this afternoon. The court will also hear Sabine Kheris. The investigating judge is the one who managed to obtain Michel Fourniret’s confession. It was also in front of the magistrate that Monique Olivier recognized, in spring 2021, to have played a role in the kidnapping of the little girl.
“I recognize all the facts,” Monique Olivier has already declared. Michel Fourniret’s ex-wife has already spoken out since the start of her trial, even before being questioned. She faces life imprisonment for complicity in the kidnappings and murders of Joanna Parrish, Marie-Angèle Domèce and Estelle Mouzin.
“This is not the trial that the victims are waiting for,” according to the lawyer for the civil parties. Lawyer Didier Seban and Estelle Mouzin’s father left the courtroom on Friday, regretting not being able to question Monique Olivier immediately after a victim’s statements. The president of the Assize Court has refused, since the trial opened, for the court to question the accused outside of the time reserved for her interrogation.
