the ex-candidate of “The Voice”, Olympe balances on the sordid remarks of his agent!

In 2013, Olympe, whose real name is Joffrey Boulanger, participated in season 2 of “The Voice”. Aged 23 at the time, the young man immediately seduced the jury during the blind auditions thanks to a cover of the song “Born to Die” by Lana Del Rey. The day after the broadcast of the show, its recovery had also ranked at the top of sales on iTunes.

Finalist of the program, he was snatched the victory by his competitor Yoann Fréget but still released two albums after signing a contract with Mercury Records. In September 2021, the faithful of “The Voice” were able to find him in the “All Stars” edition where he once again seduced the coaches and joined Zazie’s team…

This year, Olympe is back in a completely different field: writing. The singer indeed publishes a book entitled “Living without regrets” in which he gives advice for surviving in the eyes of others, he who has long been singled out and victim of harassment.

This Thursday, June 8, 2023, Olympe was also invited on the set of TV Magazine and confided in certain attacks that he may have suffered. He also says that he was belittled by his own agent. “You have to hide behind a piano, you can’t go on TV anymore” he would have swung at him after telling him that he was “too fat”. Ten years after this humiliating moment, Olympe has fortunately taken a step back: “I was 24 years old and, in the book, I explain how I digested that…” he affirms before adding: “I want to say to others: live as you want to live”.

Olympe took advantage of this interview to settle accounts with Yoann Fréget: “He won but he is angry with me, he says in the media that I was favored by the production” and to wink at Louane who was also part of this promotion: “We moved away a little because of our artistic entourage at the time. I don’t want to bother her, but I follow her career from afar and I’m very happy for her. was a bit like my little sister”.
