4:20 p.m. : Rescue and search operations are still ongoing in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, after the bombardment that occurred overnight. Three lifeless bodies were extracted from the rubble: men aged 31 and 39 and an 80-year-old woman. Four other people are under the rubble, says the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

06:54 : The General Assembly of the 193 UN member states has condemned the illegal annexations of Ukrainian territories by Russia. The resolution was adopted with 143 votes for, 35 abstentions and 5 votes against (Russia, Belarus, Syria, North Korea and Nicaragua). This vote sends a “clear message” in Moscow, greeted Joe Biden, President of the United States.
