An idea born when the ESAT remained closed, like many French restaurants during the health crisis. Customers, regulars, employees of companies or community services, neighbors then went to take-out meals.
The ESAT teams saw it as an opportunity to develop a new activity and, above all, new skills for the workers.

Today, the Cabanon du Hameau allows everyone to order sandwiches and salads or to take advantage of its menu in the green setting of the ESAT park.
