Last year, their sales exceeded those of coal sales. In the city center of Lille (Nord), there is no choice, coal is prohibited, so you have to choose the electric barbecue. Grilling is even easier to improvise. The French remain faithful to the barbecue, and it is a profitable market, with two million copies sold last year.
