The toll continues to grow after the earthquake in Turkey. Friday, February 10, there are more than 22,300 dead. The survivors denounce the lack of effectiveness of Turkish relief and question the government.

Four days after the earthquake, a 17-year-old boy East finally out of the rubble. This is the greatest reward for rescuers. The emotion is immense for the young man who finds his mother. “I was waiting alone for you to arrive. Thank God for coming, thank you everyone.”said the survivor. But for countless families, the outcome is more tragic and families feel abandoned.

90 French doctors and surgeons will arrive as reinforcements

AT Adiyaman (Turkey), to 150km from the epicenter, there are few rescuers and no soldiers at the foot of the ruins. “Nobody came there, nobody cares about us”cries a woman. The inhabitants denounce the inaction of the state. Faced with the immensity of the tragedy and in response to the critic, the Turkish president acknowledged that the relief is not going as quickly as hoped. Reinforcements keep coming of the stranger. France, which already has 140 rescuers on site, will send 90 doctors and surgeons on Sunday to set up a field hospital.
