Markus: precursor of craft beer in the Drôme for 21 years

The brewery was taken over in 2015 by Olivier Gobert and Valerie Desbos and after many years in Saou, it moved to its new production site in Drôme Provençale in Cléon-d’Andran in 2020. It is in the middle of this agricultural plain surrounded by barley and wheat plantations that the Brasserie Artisanale MARKUS prepares its beers (white, blond, amber and brown) brewed in the greatest tradition of northern Europe. They are unfiltered and unpasteurized, high fermentation, refermented in the bottle, with pure malt, without preservatives or coloring. Where to find Markus beers and soft drinks?

The Cléon d’Andran store, located at 10 rue des Artisans, is open Monday to Friday (closed on weekends and public holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. And then to Saou, to the Hippo Drôme de Markus, located at 10 route de Bourdeaux to savor one of their beers or other craft drinks while tasting the small local dishes
