Inside the vehicle, firefighters found a 20-year-old man with hypothermia. Slightly injured, he was transported by land to the Perpignan Hospital Center. A dozen firefighters were dispatched to the scene and the Dragon 66 helicopter was called in with divers, who came to check that there were no other victims.
