Three people in their thirties were indicted and imprisoned on Saturday, November 27, in the evening, as part of the investigation into the accident which seriously injured a garbage collector in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint -Denis) in early November, reports France Bleu Paris. These are the driver and the two passengers who were also present.

The driver of the vehicle was indicted for “unintentional injuries with ITT greater than three months, with two aggravating circumstances”. The two passengers were indicted for “non-assistance to a person in danger”.

The garbage collector is still in a coma this Sunday. On November 1, he was struck by a car in Saint-Denis, while he was in the middle of his tour, returning to his truck. He had been resuscitated and then hospitalized in serious condition.
