Didier Capdevielle took over the estate from his uncle Casimir in Monein 30 years ago. A real adventure, Didier was not at all trained in the vine far from it, but the idea that the estate was sold to a stranger was inconceivable. Today it has grown well, from 4 hectares it is now made up of 12 hectares and 6 cuvées and 2 sparkling wines. We adapt as Didier says, so much so that from July 10, no more cushy tastings, long live the adventure and the thrills!
