In China, the population’s anger is strong at the regime’s ultra-strict policy in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. Some images are surreal.

Police or civil servants, they do not go out of their way to find any contact cases or positive cases for Covid-19, in China. Videos show them forcing people’s doors in order to force their way home. This kind of images appear every day on Chinese sites. They are then quickly censored. Shanghai (China) has been confined since the end of March, but there are still more than a thousand cases of Covid-19.

The restrictions are getting tougher. The city is unrecognizable, barricaded. Some end up in cages, with wooden panels installed in front of buildings in which people have tested positive. More than twenty cities are confined and tested, as well as foods such as fish or salads. The airport is almost empty, with only three planes departing from Shanghai. Many expatriates only took a one-way ticket to France.
