This Monday, October 10, 2022, Mélody, Ruby’s mother was present on the set of “Touche pas à mon poste” to come back to the tragic incidents which led her son to be arrested for several days. If a complaint has been filed, four teenagers have already been arrested and have admitted the facts.
After reviewing the images of her son being attacked, Mélody confided in the latter: “Rudy is hyperactive and he has ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, editor’s note) with impulsiveness and in addition he has a very pronounced valgus flat foot so he has a somewhat peculiar gait…”.

The mother explains that the attack started from an attempted robbery by students who wanted to take Rudy’s electronic cigarette. The young high school student who was assaulted a second time by another group of students later the same day, suffered this kind of violence for a year already: “There have already been lots of stories, there have been a lot of fights already last year … And as my son responds and well he gets kicked out at the same time” revealed Mélody before cracking: “It’s very hard, I would have preferred to be in his place”.
Asked by Cyril Hanouna about the behavior of the families of Rudy’s attackers, the mother of the family then made an astonishing revelation: “They started by apologizing so I found it super nice of them but then they told me says it’s all Rudy’s fault because he made racist comments…” Annoyed, Mélody then clarified: “I can tell you that all of this is not true because I come from a multiracial family, my husband is of color and my children are mixed race.
