The deputy of the National Rally of Dordogne deputy Serge Muller disrupted the gathering of Ukrainian families who celebrated the national holiday of their country, Wednesday August 24 in Bergerac, indicates France Bleu Périgord. Lucas Broucq notably exhibited a flag resembling that of one of the pro-Russian separatist republics in eastern Ukraine. The Bergerac public prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation for incitement to racial hatred.

On February 28, a few days after the start of the war, he posted a photo of a Russian military parade in Moscow’s Red Square.
The young man, aged 20, was not taken into custody. He was heard in free hearing this Wednesday noon at the Bergerac police station as a defendant but also as a victim since an investigation is also open concerning the damage to his vehicle, notes France Bleu Périgord.
