In Pas-de-Calais, a feline has been walking around for several weeks without it being possible to get a hold of it. A situation which makes people talk in the region and which surprises the curious.
He has been agitating the entire Pas-de-Calais department for weeks, but no trace of the mysterious feline. In Auxi-le-Château, Marie-Françoise Cabuzel was the first to see it, almost three weeks ago. “I initially took him for a young lion or a young lioness […]. He didn’t seem to be pissed off at all “, explains the resident, who warned the gendarmes. The latter manage to spot the animal, to the great surprise of the residents.
For 4 days, the authorities set out in search of the famous feline, but no trace. The feline is now at the heart of the discussions of the inhabitants of the region. “This beast is not going to jump on you like that, it has to be really cornered in case of defense. It is not going to come and eat a Frenchman”, testifies a passer-by. A question arises: how did the animal end up in the area, when no zoo or circus was passing through? The authorities first seek to know the species of the feline.
