The delicious bread of Stéphanie Siberchicot, peasant baker from the Ferme de Boy in Saint-Lon-les-Mines

“Mmmmhhh” … “Can I taste?” – that’s what we want to say as soon as Stéphanie Siberchicot arrives with her products. Incredibly dense and fluffy breads; biscuits full of flavors, and with that, the big smile and the sympathy of Stéphanie, happy to treat people.

Stéphanie’s atypical journey

Stéphanie Siberchicot, daughter of farmers in St-Lon-les-Mines had not necessarily planned to take up the family torch. But this farm that she loved seemed to be a great place to live and above all, the ideal place for a new project: growing cereals and oilseeds organically. Her lover being hypersensitive to gluten, she decided to produce high quality flours that would allow her dear and tender to be able to eat good bread.
