If Jamel Debbouze has been making thousands of people laugh for several years, it sometimes happens that some are not fans of the character. And it is probably not Melha Bedia, who was robbed more than a year ago, who will say the opposite. The comedian, and sister of Ramzy, a great friend of Mélissa Theuriau’s companion, knows the one who is at the head of the Marrakesh of laughter for a long time. Considered a “big brother” by the young woman, she recalled an astonishing anecdote on the set of C to you this Wednesday, June 15.
An anecdote that dates back to when she had to look for a school. If today she has made humor her profession, her big brother did not really agree at the time. Especially since he perhaps did not imagine that she would follow the same path as him in the middle. That’s why he wanted the best for Melha and that went through great studies as she remembered with nostalgia and a lot of humor.
Jamel Debbouze screwed up everything… or almost
“My big brother Ramzy made it a point of honor that I did a great education. He saw me doing a HEC preparatory course…”she confides at first before adding: “well after that I went to do the rounds of Diam’s and he didn’t talk to me anymore but in the end it was important for him to go back to school. And I had gone to a public high school and there were all my girlfriends and he said to herself ‘she’s never going to work'”.
However, Ramzy could count on a faithful friend to ensure the future of his little sister: “So he called Jamel Debbouze to the rescue because he was filming. He told him ‘as it’s important for you too that our little sisters go far in their studies, you have to take care of it. ‘please’. And we go to a high school in Courbevoie, private, I arrive with Jamel and three girlfriends with our little cardboard folders with our report cards at recess. And she took it badly and she said to us ‘ but you arrive with Jamel Debbouze? We don’t receive you'”. Fortunately, the companion of Mélissa Theuriau was able to play on his connections to have Melha Bedia received by Rachida Dati who would have taken care, herself, of finding him an establishment.
