He is a baker and she is a pastry chef. They are at the head of two bakeries and pastry shops in Uzos and Mazères-Lezons which they took over in 2015. Loriane Dally always has lots of ideas for her creations. And this fall, we have the scoop on France Bleu Béarn Bigorre to taste the two latest creations. Two tasty tarts. The first with figs with a chocolate macaron as a paste. Very light. And the second a tartlet with two grapes (black and white) with white wine.
