Rufus Kampa will play the prince at the age of 15 and Ed McVey as an adult. These are two newcomers. As for the Duchess of Cambridge, she will be played by Meg Bellamy, who is also making her screen debut.

However, we will have to be patient before we see them in the sixth and final season of The Crown since Netflix will first air the fifth this fall.

Dominic West (The Wire, The Affair) and Elizabeth Debicki (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Great Gatsby) will perform Prince Charles and Princess Diana. They will succeed Josh O’Connor and Emma Corrin.

In addition, Imelda Staunton (nominated for an Oscar for her role in Vera Drake) will perform the role of Queen Elizabeth II.

The fifth season of the series created by Peter Morgan will take place in the 1990s, a troubled period for the royal family with the tragic death of Diana. The final season will then cover the period that spans up to the early 2000s.
