The Court of Cassation confirmed, Wednesday April 23, the guilt of François Fillon, his wife Penelope and his ex-deputy Marc Joulaud in the fictitious jobs affair. On the other hand, it confirms neither the sentence pronounced by the court of appeal against François Fillon nor the damages. A new trial will therefore have to take place.
